Two Ingredient Brownie Muffins

Yummy.....

I have to give credit where credit is due.

This is not my recipe... well, it is now because
I've adopted it into my personal recipe file... but I
got it from another blog. One of my favorite blogs as I
have so many favorties.
.
You can find the recipe and the blog here.
I'm sure you will fall in love with this blog too.

Here is a picture of  my muffins just minutes out of the oven!

They are so good.

Enjoy!

Perfect Omelet in a Ziploc Bag

Want to make a perfect omelet?

I've adopted this process at my home now
and the omelet comes out perfect
every single time.

You can let each person include their favorites
for their own omelet.

I was home alone last week when I made mine,
I added a couple of slices of ham,
I cut the ham into bite-size pieces.

I also added a bit of chopped onion
and salt, pepper to mine.

You can add whatever you want.
I was going to add cheese but
am trying to cut back so I didn't this time.

Whip the 2 eggs and whatever else you want to add.
I do mine a little bit different from
the instructional video I am attaching,
but am going back to the way I used to do it, like on the video.

DELICIOUS ♥

(click on any picture for a closure view)

I mixed mine in a bowl without the Ziploc bag,
but next time, I'm going to just
shake the bag, like it instructs in the video.

Here is mine cooking in a pot of boiling water.

Sorry about the picture quality on this picture.
Here is my finished result.
This omelet was so delicious.
It is what I make almost every Sunday morning.

You can make them too, if you have kids,
they can help and add their own favorites.

For instructions to make your own
delicious omelet, click here
to watch the instructional video.

This is great to mix up prior to a camping
trip but I like to use it at home for the
perfect omelet every single time.

Enjoy......

Cub Scout Cake Project

I have to do a little bit of bragging on my Grandson, Braden.

He (with the help of his Mom), created an awesome cake
for his cub scout cake auction.

The auction helps raise money for the cub scout troop.

Here he is with his cake.
His cake was auctioned for $27
AND
He got an award for most original design.
(click on picture for closer viewing)

See how he and his Mom made the cake.
She has step by step instructions here at her Blog.

Here is his cake from last year.
It's a bee-hive cake.

I am amazed at how fast he is growing up.

I want them to stay little for a bit longer.

Thinking of a Valentine's Day Gift or Two....

~ I've been thinking of a gift or two to give my husband for Valentine's Day.

~ He works so hard. He isn't the kind of man who just goes out and
purchases items because he wants them.

~ He is very frugal.  I love this about him because I too, am the same way.

~ He keeps talking about a couple things that he would like to have.
I listen when my man speaks... because it isn't to
often that he mentions things he would like to have.

~ One of the things he keeps mentioning is a book written by
Keith Richards from the Rolling Stones.  He loves the Rolling Stones.

~ So, it is on my list to pick up today.

~ I came up with the idea of putting some notes inside of the book,
so that as he reads through it, he will find them and think of ME!

~ I found these little notes online ( click here ) that you can print and cut up.
I am going to cut them up and place them throughout the book.

~ Another item he keeps mentioning.... is camouflaged shorts.
YES, you heard me, CAMO SHORTS.  Men and their camo.

~ I've ordered them from Cabela's.
He received his 3 inch thick Spring Edition catalog the other day.
(I am not exaggerating, the book is LARGE and it's hard covered)

~ I've watched as he sits in the evenings and drools over this catalog.
Kind of how I used to do with the J.C. Penney catalog that they
NO LONGER PRINT
boo hoo...

~ HOWEVER, as I was placing the order, I was told they are on backorder so on Valentine's Day....He'll get this same picture in his card until they send the shorts in the mail.  It's okay, it's a little too cold to wear them now anyway!

~ I think that about does it for his Valentine's Day gifts.

~ Oh, and I did see these brownies from another blog,
I am going to make them for him.

click HERE for the easy recipe.

~ I think my husband will enjoy his Valentine's Day this year, don't you?

~ Are you going to do something special for your Valentine?

XOXOXOXO

Peppermint Mocha Creamer - A Little Luxury

~ This Peppermint Mocha creamer is the ultimate
indulgence when you are looking for a cozy hot beverage.

~ My husband tried it and really likes it too.

~ The peppermint flavor adds just the right touch to say "Happy Holidays"

~ I will have "withdrawal" of the Peppermint Mocha creamer
after the holidays as I think it is only a seasonal item.

~ For now, I am enjoying one of life's little luxuries. ♥

I used to add sweetener to my coffee but the
coffee-mate creamers add just enough sweetness
and creaminess that I no longer add sweeteners

No better way to start the day!

~ There is no better way to start the day than
having a fresh cup of brewed coffee {with hazelnut creamer}
and a slice of banana bread!

Yummy banana bread and coffee flavored
with hazelnut creamer,
yum, yum, yum....

Caffeine is my shepherd; I shall not doze.

It maketh me to wake in green pastures:
It leadeth me beyond the sleeping masses.

It restoreth my buzz:
It leadeth me in the paths of consciousness for its name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of addiction,
I will fear no Equal™:

For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me.

Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of The Starbucks:
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over.

Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life:
And I will dwell in the House of Mochas forever.
